Objectives
Expansion and Service
We will expand our reach so that we can serve a greater number of villages and schools nationwide, bringing our initiatives to new communities.
Ongoing Training
We will train blacksmiths by teaching modern forging techniques, standardization using the Learning Template, and the use of the Rural Blacksmith and Master Blacksmith Manual.
Strengthen the Workshops
We will strengthen and re-equip the Rural Blacksmithing Workshops (TRF) to increase the production of tools for our commercial program.
Commercial Network
We will create a commercial network that directly connects farmers in agricultural communities with consumers in the city, promoting fair trade.
Innovation in Design
We will innovate in tool design and iron processing, thereby improving the quality of the finished products we create.
Educate
Education will be our central focus—a self-sustaining model that ranges from vocational training to technical specialization, with the goal of fostering development in rural communities.
